Wafer OCR Vision Systems

We offer state of the art vision systems from Cognex and IOSS Readers that will integrate into almost any legacy tool system.  We also support the older Aucmen, WinOCR and AcuWIN systems and boards.  We can offer custom integration into most tools sets, including Sorters and Probers, and have integrated newer vision systems into legacy equipment all over the world.

Sorters and Automation Equipement

We have many of the Brooks Sorters, including the APS, ASP2XT, UL408 and SCS platforms in stock, upgraded and ready for install.  These tools have all been upgraded to Windows10 and have the latest vision systems and upgraded ELO Touch screen monitors.  They also carry many of our other upgrades, including our VDGE CCD Preamp and Processor boards.  We also service and support Kensington, Asyst, Equipe, MicroVision and many other tool sets.
